Zusammenfassung der Autoren: "In der jüngeren Vergangenheit wurden einige der aus Sicht der deutschen Praxis wichtigsten Rechtsquellen des internationalen Schiedsrechts überarbeitet und modernisiert. Die UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules erhielten 2010 zum ersten  Mal seit ihrer Veröffentlichung 1976 eine neue Fassung. Im Mai 2010 traten die neuen IBA-Regeln zur Beweisaufnahme in der internationalen Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit in Kraft. Am 14.1.2011 wurde das neue französische Schiedsrecht veröffentlicht, das die bisherigen, im Wesentlichen aus dem Jahr 1981 stammenden Vorschriften ablöst. Die ICC setzte im Oktober 2008 eine "Task Force" zur Überarbeitung ihrer Schiedsordnung ein, deren Arbeiten voraussichtlich Mitte des Jahres 2011 beendet werden. Dieser Beitrag stellt die wesentlichen Neuregelungen in den einzelnen Verfahrensordnungen dar."
